1- Free Legal Advice on UAE Labour Law
- Our experts provide guidance on Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021, helping you understand your rights and responsibilities. Employees and employers can access professional support for issues such as salary delays, employment contracts, and workplace disputes.

- You can submit new complaints or follow up on existing cases via our call centre 80084, ensuring transparency and timely resolution. Each complaint is securely registered and monitored.

Filing a Labour Complaint in the UAE
1- Mainland Employees
- Employees in UAE mainland companies can raise issues directly with MOHRE. Common complaints include non-payment of wages, workplace harassment, and unfair dismissal.
3- Free Zone Employees
- Employees in Dubai Free Zones or other UAE free zones should contact their respective Free Zone Authority first. A referral letter or Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) allows filing with MOHRE if mediation fails.

What Happens After Filing
- MOHRE first attempts mediation to resolve disputes efficiently.

- Appeals can be made to the Court of Appeal within 15 working days if necessary.
