UAE Honours Excellence at Emirates Labour Market Award 2025

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, the winners of the third edition of the Emirates Labour Market Award were honoured today at a grand ceremony held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs, presided over the ceremony, accompanied by His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Chairman of the Award’s Supervisory Committee.

This year’s edition witnessed an impressive turnout with 18,000 applications, out of which 100 winners were recognised across various categories, following rigorous evaluation processes that ensured transparency, accuracy, and adherence to international governance standards.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed congratulated all winners and praised the high level of participation, stating that the award has become a key national platform for enhancing competitiveness and raising labour market standards across the private sector.

He emphasised the UAE’s commitment to:

HH Mansour affirmed the government’s determination to continue improving the ease of doing business and supporting the private sector as a key partner in national development.

HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar thanked HH Mansour bin Zayed for his continuous patronage, noting that the award has played a crucial role in elevating the UAE’s global standing as a premier destination for living, working, and investing.

He applauded all participants for their efforts and highlighted the strong competition among nominees, which reflected the private sector’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and compliance.
